Description
This is a generous, modern, inviting and freshly renovated holiday apartment, promising romantic moments with its balcony and view of the castle park. The apartment is in the attic of a detached two-family house with a garden, quietly situated at the end of the town centre. It is one of Germany’s smallest towns, to the east of Dresden, bordering the Oberlausitz heat and pond landscape. You can benefit from easy access to the motorway for many interesting day trips.
The holiday apartment provides 75m² of living space and is on the first floor of a two-storey house. It was last renovated in January 2016 and is now offered as a holiday apartment. As it was used by the owner family themselves before the renovation, it is equipped and furnished to a high standard and is child-friendly, ensuring a relaxing stay. Owing to being situated on the upper floor, which is also the attic of the house, the interior appears larger and cosy. It comprises two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable suite and a flatscreen TV, a separate kitchen-diner, and a bathroom with a corner bath and a WC. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm), set up next to each other as a double bed and with a bedside table and reading lamp on either side. A cot/child’s bed is also available in one of the bedrooms. The centrepiece of the apartment is the inviting living room with warm colours. You can relax sociably here on the U-shaped suite after a day trip. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player provides entertainment. Free wireless Internet access is available. An external door in the living room opens onto the balcony, which allows plenty of daylight indoors. The separate built-in kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge and freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Four pepple can sit together in front of the corner kitchen. A highchair is available.
You can end the evening with your loved ones on the balcony. You can park your car conveniently on site right in front of the entrance.
You can borrow a DVD player or a grill on request.
Please note: Up to 2 people rent the one-bedroom apartment at a lower rental price. From 3 people you rent the apartment with two bedrooms, at the higher rental price. If 2 people want to sleep separately, you also have the option of renting the apartment with both bedrooms, but at a higher price!
In the town centre 200 metres away you can find many everyday amenities such as shops, a swimming pool, a hairdresser or a doctor, all within walking distance. It takes about an hour to walk to the source of the Elster in the surrounding nature. It is 5km to the A4 motorway access. Apart from the picturesque landscape and castles, the central location is also ideal for day trips. It is about 45km to the regional capital Dresden and 30km to Bautzen. You can even go on day trips to Prague or Berlin about 180km away.
