Description
The “Fine” holiday home is a fully renovated country house in the North Sea spa town of Esens-Bensersiel, right by the “Nationalpark Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer”, which has been a UNESCO world natural heritage site since 2009. The holiday house enjoys an excellent, very quiet residential location in the south of the cosy old town of Esens. The house is on a little side street without through traffic and has ideal connections in all directions, whether by car or by bike.
The house of around 110m² provides ample space for up to two adults, two children and an additional toddler. The ground floor consists almost entirely of an open room with a lounge, kitchen and dining space, and there are also a WC and a hallway on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, the bathroom and a hallway. All the rooms are light and inviting, with a homely and modern décor. The house is excellently equipped. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a four-ring ceramic hob and a microwave.
The living room opens onto one of the two wonderful terraces with a grill area and access to the beautiful garden with an idyllic little pond area. There is a little house in the garden with a fully-equipped sauna with loungers and a relaxation area. In front of the holiday house on the access road there are three parking spaces. You can store bicycles in the annex, where there is also a plug for charging e-bikes and pedelecs.

The town centre of Esens is not far away, with a Lidl, Aldi and other shops with a bakery and butcher nearby. Bensersiel, the North Sea spa town, is only 4km away and Neuharlingersiel is only 8km away. Our location is ideal for extensive walks, cycle tours and exploratory tours in the unique nature of East Frisia. You can experience an active holiday at the North Sea and benefit optimally from the climate of the North Sea. It is 5 to 10 minutes by car to Bensersiel or Neuharlingersiel, also within easy access by bicycle or bus. You can explore the whole of East Frisia with the holiday bus at a reduced price. We would be happy to provide you with information about all the amenites of our 475-year-old, cosy and quaint town of Esens with a historical centre and of course the highlights of the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel. There are many small and large events and museums. Or you can simply enjoy peace and quiet in and around our lovely holiday house, on the terraces, in the sauna ad in the beautiful garden.
