Description
Our cozy holiday home in the holiday park Extertal (Haus Luna) is located in the intersection of the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest. The elevated position offers you a wonderful view of nature.
House Luna has been built in Scandinavian style. With approx. 70 m² it offers enough space for 5 people. Three bedrooms (1x double bed 2.00m x 1.80m (with TV), 1x double bed 2.0m x 1.60m (with TV), 1x single bed 2.0m x 0.90m) are at your disposal. The fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and lots of accessories leaves nothing to be desired. It has a new, attractive bathroom with a floor-level rain shower and washing machine, as well as a passage door to the garden where the highlight is: the sauna house, which invites you to relax. The holiday home offers you a cozy living area with a modern feel-good couch and a fireplace as well as an inviting dining area. You don't have to do without technical components such as: free Internet access via WLAN, Smart TV, DVD player and a stereo system. In addition to the fireplace, electric underfloor heating is installed in the living area and in the bathroom. The air conditioning split device (air/air heat pump) in the living/dining area offers pleasant coolness, and this device also enables the house to be heated cheaply. In addition, we have equipped the bathroom with an infrared heater that gives you the feeling of being in the sun. All other rooms have electric radiators. On the elevated terrace and in the discreetly fenced garden (fence height 1.0m) you can enjoy nature and the tranquility, here you can end the day or grill one or the other steak (barbecue available). Parking with a wall box (11KW) can be found directly at the house. Please note that there are stairs leading to the property (see picture).

Surrounded by forest and meadows, you can start hiking directly from the house. Two well-signposted, very beautiful hiking trails run directly past the holiday park. The slightly hilly landscape in the midst of nature will definitely let you switch off. Mountain bike tours are also available here. . Get to know the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest from their most beautiful side. You can reach numerous sights and leisure activities in a short time by car.
