On the outskirts of the small village of Erkenbollingen lies our Landhaus Senn, between Hopfensee and Forggensee, surrounded by lush green meadows, beautiful mixed forests and idyllic nature.Perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours, swimming in the lake, relaxing on the balcony or terrace with a view of the Allgäu Alps.Our family of 5 rents out the apartments with a lot of joy and commitment to give you a relaxing holiday. Adjacent to our country house is our fully managed Allgäu farm. If you feel like it, you are welcome to pet the calves. The approx. 44m² apartment for 2 people, newly designed in "modern alpine style", is at ground level and has its own terrace with garden seating and sun loungers. An awning and a mobile windbreak wall also ensure a pleasant climate for relaxing.The apartment consists of a large living room, a hallway, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a 49" TV and LAN connection.A modern, solid box-spring bed offers you your own personal "oasis of peace".An additional sleeping option is available on request.The built-in kitchenette, a large dining table, a sofa and a separate armchair (reading corner) make the living room really cozy.The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and an Aqua Clean WC.The entire apartment is heated by a pleasant underfloor heating system.In the apartment "Gartenwohnung" you will find a safe, HIFI stereo system for CD - USB - Bluetooth, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board and a clothes horse.On the terrace you will find a large seating area and sun loungers to relax on. You are welcome to use the awning to protect yourself from the sun.Bed linen (made up on arrival), shower and hand towels, tea towels, dishcloths, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs are provided.On request, you can use the laundry and dryer service for a fee. Bathrobes are also available on request.For your little ones we have provided a travel cot, high chair and a step stool, all sockets are equipped with a child safety lock.Parking directly at the house!A bicycle garage with battery charging facilities for your e-bikes is available.Please understand that we do not allow pets in the apartments!

Arrival is from 14:00 or by arrangement.To collect the keys, you can give us your approximate arrival time on the morning of your arrival. If you prefer to arrive flexibly, I will be happy to leave the keys for the apartment in the key safe, for which you will receive your personal "code" from us in advance. Departure is until 10:00 am.Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival, after which 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days of booking. Motorway A7 Ulm-Füssen, exit Füssen before the border tunnel, exit in the direction of Rieden am Forggensee B 310, after approx. 4km on the B16 towards Rieden am Forggensee, after 2.3 km enter Erkenbollingen, in the centre of the village on the right side, the entrance before house no. 22 is our "Landhaus Senn" (house no. 20) set a little to the back.If there is a risk of traffic jams on the A7, alternatively take the Rückholz exit. Continue in the direction of Seeg to Roßhaupten on the B16 in the direction of Füssen. Approx. 2 km after the village of Rieden am Forggensee comes the entrance to Erkenbollingen. In the centre of the village on the right-hand side, the entrance in front of house no. 22 is our "Landhaus Senn" (house no. 20) set a little to the back.
