Our pretty house is located in the small hamlet of Wilhelming, next to an organic farm. In the quiet street children can play and adults can walk, a quiet vacation guaranteed. On the 1st floor is our vacation apartment with a large private south-west facing balcony. The apartment is ideal for a vacation for four. Parents with children are also welcome. Unfortunately, four-legged friends have to stay at home. Facilities: Comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV with Giga TV and stereo, well-equipped fitted kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and many other kitchen appliances. 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with mountain view, the bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet extra. Large south/west balcony with beautiful view, sun loungers, sitting area, table and benches.Equipment room with view: Comfortable double bed (180x200cm), wing chair with foot bench, flat screen TV with Giga TV, practical equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Furthermore, there is a shower room with toilet. W-LAN.

Beautiful, bright apartment 80sqm with balcony (Kampenwandblick), 2 bedrooms, well equipped fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher, bathroom has a bath with shower, extra toilet, tiled stove,TV, WLAN.

Conditions and extras
WLAN, baby crib and high chair available on request. Please note to the AGB's that in addition the following house-own conditions apply:Payment The lease contract receives with entrance of the pre-payment on the account of the landlord its validity. The deposit of 30% of the rental amount is due for payment within seven days after receipt of the booking documents. After the deposit has been paid, payment of the remaining amount is due seven days before the start of the trip. If the payment deadlines are not met, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. The non-payment is considered as a withdrawal and entitles to a new rental. Additional costs for water, parking space, waste, one-time bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning will not be charged.WithdrawalYou can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be in writing. In case of withdrawal you are obliged to compensate the damage caused to us:-from the day of booking confirmation by the landlord until the 31st day before the start of the rental period: no compensation-from the 30th day until the 15th day before the start of the rental period: the amount of the deposit-from the 14th day until the 8th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total price-if less than seven days before the start of the rental period, the full price of the trip is to be paid. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice counts. A substitute person, who enters into your contract under the above conditions, can be provided by you, a written notification is sufficient.
