In this little kingdom you reside with up to 7 people on 200m², distributed over 2 floors. Especially the extensive private all-round balcony - with a view of Lake Chiemsee and the fantastic mountain panorama as well as two spacious terraces invite you to relax and linger. Inside, the spacious living room is equipped with a high-quality kitchen and two modern, wood-burning fireplaces, by whose crackling fire you can also end the evenings with a good bottle of wine. The king chalet suite has 4 bedrooms. In addition to the master bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms with beds 140cm wide and 1 bedroom with a bed 120cm wide. On the upper floor are the two bathrooms, one with private old wood sauna, bathtub and shower, the second bathroom with Raindance shower. Relax in the "Day-Bed" after a long hike in the sun and in the evening let yourself be enchanted by the view of the overwhelming mountain panorama in the private hot tub at sunset.
