The country house is located in the middle of a holiday village, which is secured by a barrier. There is walking speed. The house was completely renovated in spring 2020 and has been completed and rented since May. Everything in the living area has been renewed. In the medium term (from 2024 at the earliest), a sauna area and a party cellar will also be built in the basement. There may also be a 6th bedroom, as the plans have not yet been finalized. The house has 2 balconies (north and south) and a covered terrace (south-west), which invites you to spend long evenings. On cold days, the spacious living area with an open staircase to the upper floor can be warmed up comfortably with a fireplace and forms the perfect center for long game evenings.
