Completely modernised in 2021, this smart 2-room apartment is on the ground and 2nd floors and is connected by an internal wooden staircase; it offers enough space for up to 4 people. High-quality maisonette apartment equipped with the latest technology such as rain sensor-controlled skylights, digital access system, flat-screen SMART TV, free WiFi and air purifier. The living-dining room has a large dining table. The harmonious ambience is rounded off by a comfortable, fold-out sofa bed for two adults. The large, fully covered balcony accessible from the living-dining area offers a panoramic view over the meadows along the southern outskirts and the Werdenfelser and Tyrolean mountains. The separate bedroom, also with balcony access, is equipped with a double bed and another flat-screen smart TV and makes for an ideal retreat with a feel-good atmosphere. New, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a small bar as an additional dining area with induction hob, oven, dishwasher. Modern shower room on the upper floor with a handcrafted natural stone washbasin. Another toilet is located in the entrance area on the ground floor. Whether it's tips for your next hiking, skiing, mountain biking or cycling tour, we share our favourite activities and insider tips with our guests. We also help with planning trips to regional attractions or cultural events. Within the house itself there is the possibility of attending singing bowl events with Christiane, such as singing bowl meditation or singing bowl workshops. Furthermore, singing bowls can be tested individually. Our goal is to make your stay so enjoyable that you'll have to come back. We're looking forward to your visit! Take the Riessersee footpath that leads directly past the house and after a 2-minute walk to the south you'll be able to reach the waterfall fed from the Riessersee lake above; going north, you can quickly reach the lively town centre of Garmisch. Our Haus Alpklang in the Olympic town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers you the best relaxation at any time of year. The cross-country ski trail between the Olympic ski stadium and the neighbouring town of Grainau is only 20m from the house. The Hausberg valley station is 800m away; your cycling, mountain biking or hiking tours can start right from your doorstep without having to move the car.
