Our holiday apartment is located on the idyllic outskirts of the community of Spahl, nestled in the hiking paradise of the Rhön. Here, you will find the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and trips.

The lovingly furnished apartment offers you maximum comfort. With pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, and feathered friends, we have created a very child-friendly environment with a petting zoo and a large playground.

Discover the beauty of the Rhön on hiking trails and bike routes. Visit the traditional and cultural barn in Spahl, the Rhön town of Geisa with the "Point Alpha" border museum, the city of Fulda, and the Wasserkuppe with its magnificent view over the Rhön Mountains.

And keep in mind, outside is a barbecue area for cozy evenings.

The Seeleshof holiday apartment impresses with spacious rooms, including a large bathroom with its own washing machine, shower, and sanitary facilities. In the open living area, you will find a television for relaxed evenings on a cozy couch with a sleeper function.

The apartment features two charming bedrooms that provide you and your loved ones with a comfortable haven. The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom also offers a cozy double bed and a sleeping loft. For our little guests, a crib and a changing table are available to ensure they feel right at home.

The generous balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and admire the surrounding nature.

In addition to all this, our outdoor area offers a special attraction - a variety of animals that will warm your heart. From our friendly dog to playful cats, and from chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, pigs to adorable rabbits, there are many animal friends to discover.

We look forward to offering you and your family a warm hospitality and providing you with an unforgettable experience.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
The key handover will be done in person.
Pets are not allowed.
A baby cot/extra bed is available on-site.
Other applicable fees: Use of the washing machine (3€).

Payment is made in cash, please remember that payment must be made in cash BEFORE moving in!
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the total price.
