Description

Your semi-detached house on the island of Rügen by the Baltic Sea provides everything you need on holiday. You can experience pure sunshine and nature on the private, generous terrace. The owners offer an ideal house for a perfect holiday. If you would like to share your holiday with friends or family, then you can also book the other half of the house (no. 608062). The house was completed at the beginning of 2013. The house is charmingly furnished and provides around 78m² of living space on two floors, ample space for four adults and two children. The lower floor has a generous living room and kitchen and a big wellness bathroom with a whirlpool and sauna. The living room provides a sofa bed for two people. During the cold season on the island the fireplace stove and under-floor heating ensure pleasant warmth in the house. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows open up towards the terrace and garden, allowing the holiday sun to shine right into the house. Lovely wooden stairs lead to the upper floor. The hallway provides access to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Enjoy the whirlpool in the bathroom, with a view out onto greenery. It is just a few minutes’ walk to 10-kilometre-long and 100-metre-wide, fine sandy beach 500 metres away, stretching from Glowe to Breege-Juliusruh, as well as to the beach promenade. Explore Germany’s largest island with its boulevards, seaside towns, coasts, national parks. Enjoy the wonderful nature of the island during the day and then look forward to a holiday home in the evening that exudes a sense of well-being.
