As guest rooms we offer you three double rooms with shower/WC and two double rooms with shower on the floor, as well as a vacation apartment. From our farm you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the alpine chain of the Chiemgau mountains as well as the quiet secluded location with only a few minutes walk to the center of the village. The nature with us has not been stingy with its charms and presents itself for you to the fullest: Walks in the valley through forests and meadows, impressive alpine hikes and mountain tours with magnificent panoramic views, a refreshing rest at small streams or for swimming at the Tüttensee or Chiemsee. The central location is also ideal for excursions to Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Kitzbühel, Munich, the Großglockner or even a boat trip across Lake Chiemsee to Herrenchiemsee Castle or the idyllic island of Frauenchiemsee.

Behind Grandma's world hides our beautiful well-equipped and cozy vacation apartment for a maximum of 5 people. Furnished in country house style, you will find everything you need on vacation in our 55 sqm vacation apartment. In the kitchen with dining area you can conjure up fantastic dishes. And if you don't want to make your own breakfast, you are welcome to be pampered with a rich breakfast in our breakfast room by arrangement. Also in the evening it is not far to our innkeepers in the village center. In a few minutes walk you can enjoy a pizza, a schnitzel or a crispy roast pork in the beer garden. A master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room round off an eventful day. From every window you have a beautiful view of nature and everything that is happening on our farm. The most beautiful view is from the bedroom to grandma's farm garden with a splendor of flowers. There every tiredness is gone!

Conditions and extras
The above prices are subject to a spa tax of € 1.00 per person/night for persons over the age of 16 € 0.50 per person/night for children from the age of 6 to the age of 16. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
