Our former farm has a fantastic location with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. Biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and mountain excursions are possible directly from the house. With us live on the former farm small animals, such as cats and rabbits.Relax on our sunny lawn. We are happy to provide you with a barbecue. Swing, crib and high chair we provide on request. Fernbichl is located about 2.5 km outside of Grabenstätt. In Grabenstätt there are several grocery stores, drugstore, bakery, post office, etc. From Grabenstätt the Chiemseeringlinie (bus with bicycle trailer) drives several times daily around the Chiemsee. Vacation in the countryside with a view of the mountains - a pleasure in every season. Whether hiking, swimming, cycling, cross-country skiing, skiing or just relaxing - you are in good hands here! Our prices do not include the spa tax.

The bright and modern furnished vacation apartment Tüttensee offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation for two. From the living-kitchen-dining room you can go to the balcony (east side). The separate bedroom is exclusively furnished and very cozy. From there it goes into a beautifully designed bathroom. The apartment has been awarded with 4 stars!

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 € per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 € per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
