Our detached house with basement apartment (FEWO) is located in a quiet and sunny residential area in the district of Winkl, nestled in a well-kept residential area - ideal for relaxing in peace. Bicycle and mountain tours as well as the Chiemsee or our beautiful moor lake, the Tüttensee, are within easy reach. Those who do not travel by car can be picked up from the train station after consultation. A bus stop is very close by. On request you can bring your small dog, but he must sleep in his own bed and he may not stay alone in the apartment during the day (5,-- € per night).

Our modern vacation apartment is about 50 sqm, equipped with a small separate bedroom incl. bed linen, 1 living-dining room with an additional pull-out double sofa bed with very good sleeping comfort. A crib can be added on request. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven and a breakfast nook. Bread roll service by arrangement. The washing machine with dryer located in the kitchen is at your free disposal. In our new bathroom with daylight and shower you will of course find a hairdryer and fresh towels. A TV in the living room and a barbecue in the garden complete the offer.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 € per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 € per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
