about us: At this location stood until 2016 an old barn, which was part of the adjacent vicarage (today youth overnight house). The property was taken over in 2016 by the two sisters Barbara Hurnaus and Uschi Erl in hereditary lease from the Archdiocese of Munich-Freising. In 2021, the "Lorenz Totnan Seehuber Foundation" was established and both houses were contributed to the foundation's assets. Our vision is to preserve this idyllic place with its surroundings (Anger, sledding slope, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the small Loreto church and to create recreational opportunities for families, children and young people. The foundation is supported by renting.

Our vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2018 and is suitable for people who are wheelchair dependent. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating, windows and patio doors have external blinds as well as mosquito screens. It can accommodate 1-3 people, a crib and high chair can be provided. In total, it is 46 square meters, with a large living room (pull-out couch for the 3rd person) and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a modern equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven or microwave, stove with two plates, refrigerator with freezer, pad coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dish towels. The bathroom with daylight is barrier-free with handicapped accessible shower and toilet. Of course, bed linen and towels are included in the price. TV, free wifi, carport. The apartment has a large terrace with seating area as well as two deck chairs.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 € per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 € per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of handicap of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
