Our cozy vacation apartment is located in the heart of Grabenstätt. The location of our vacation apartment is a great starting point to get to what you always wanted to explore here in the far south. You are quickly at the Chiemsee (the Bavarian sea) or even in Tyrol. A little further south you are already in the Rupertiwinkel or also in the Salzkammergut with the state capital Salzburg and fascinating lakes like the Wolfgangsee. We are looking forward to your visit in our apartment Gabi.

Our vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a bathtub, shower, washing machine). The apartment also offers a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony with sitting area invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun. We look forward to welcoming you hopefully soon with us.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted are subject to a spa tax of € 1.00 per person/night for persons over the age of 16 € 0.50 per person/night for children from the age of 6 to the age of 16. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
