In country house style, exclusive and well-kept house, very quietly located on the outskirts of Grassau, with an unobstructed view of the magnificent mountain panorama. To the village center with good shopping facilities about 5 - 10 minutes walk. 5 apartments (3 and 5 stars), furnished in a stylish ambience and cozy flair (some with antiques) for one to two people are available. Ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. Cross-country ski trail directly in front of the house. Chair lift to the Hochplatte 3 km. Facilities: All apartments have balcony or terrace, WLAN, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV / DAB radio, CD. Lawn with garden furniture. In addition, each apartment has a general charcoal grill, as well as a garden pavilion for general use. Parking at the house / yard and on the street in front of the house! No pets! Non-smokers!
The 3* star apartment is located on the 1st floor with about 40 m² living space and unobstructed south view to the Kammerköhr, Winklmoosgebirge, Wilder Kaiser and in the west to the Hochplatte (1587m). A balcony belongs to the apartment. In addition, each apartment has a general charcoal grill, as well as a gazebo for general use. The apartment consists of a living room with a 1.60 x 2.00 m fold-out wall bed and, divided by a round arch very well equipped wooden kitchen with 4 electric hotplates, oven, extractor fan and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as dish towels. In addition, cable TV, DAB radio and CD, shower and toilet with window, and bath towels are available. No pets! Car parking space is located at the house.
Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. After booking you will receive the documents with the total amount (incl. the spa fee) of the bank details for the deposit and additional information.Please transfer the balance at least 2 weeks before arrival !For short-term booking "complete payment on site".
