Facilities: All apartments have balcony or terrace, WLAN, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV / DAB radio, CD. Lawn with garden furniture. The 4* star apartment is located on the 1st floor with about 60 m² living space with unobstructed southern view to the Kammerköhr, Winklmoosgebirge, Wilder Kaiser and in the west to the Hochplatte (1587m). A balcony belongs to the apartment. In addition, each apartment has a general charcoal grill, as well as a gazebo for general use. The apartment, which is completely furnished with a new carpet, consists of a living room, dining room divided by a round arch with corner bench and very well equipped wooden kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher and dish towels. Also cable TV, DAB radio and DVD/CD player. One bedroom with 1.60 x 2.00 m bed. Large bathroom/WC with window as well as bath towels and a hallway. No pets! Separate sleeping arrangements possible. Car parking space is located at the house.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. After booking you will receive the documents with the total amount (incl. the spa fee) of the bank details for the deposit and additional information.Please transfer the balance at least 2 weeks before arrival !For short-term booking "complete payment on site".
