Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Grassau with a wonderful free mountain view. The surrounding area invites you directly from the house to hikes, mountain tours, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking. The nearby local mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and the Hochfelln offer a variety of beautiful mountain and hiking tours with and without lift assistance. Unique hiking trails lead through the nearby Kendlmühlfilze. Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding lakes invite you to swim in summer. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes in the immediate vicinity of the house. In about 8 minutes you can walk to the center of Grassau with good shopping facilities. In about 20 minutes on foot you are at the local Reifinger bathing lake. Bed linen and towels are included in the total price. WLAN free of charge. Fire extinguisher available in the house. Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the health resort fee of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge.
