Our house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with unobstructed mountain views.Our cozy apartment with 54 square meters, has a living room-bedroom, double beds on the gallery and a sofa bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people. In a private garden you can sit in the sun and enjoy the day on the terrace or in the pool.Grassau is located in a scenic area. The Chiemsee and the adjacent mountains are ideal for swimming and hiking. On foot you walk about 20 minutes to the center of the village. For questions about bike-mountain bike and mountain tours, we are happy to help with advice and assistance.Bed linen and towels are available.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of charge.
