Ground and upper floor with terrace or balcony with unobstructed mountain view and view into the moor nature reserve Kendlmühlfilzen, as well as close to the museum salt and moor. The house has a large garden with garden furniture, parking for 3 cars on the property, as well as a carport. Diagonally opposite is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, cycling and mountain biking tours (located directly on the Lake Constance-Königsee bike path), Nordic walking, water sports, cross-country skiing, skiing and sledding. 2 pairs of cross-country skis can be rented. We are happy to advise you. The arrival, or departure can also be made by arrangement.

Comfortable, individually furnished non-smoking vacation home with large southeast balcony with stunning mountain views in sunny eastern village location. On the first floor there is a spacious, bright living room with Swedish stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large tub and a bedroom with double bed. All rooms have a patio door to the garden and soundproof windows. The upper floor has a large living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), balcony, eat-in kitchen with dining area, two cozy bedrooms with French beds and shower room. No pets allowed. The first floor is barrier-free.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of € 1.00 per person/per night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Transfer of the total amount is possible up to one week before arrival.
