From the house you have a clear view of the Schnappenberg to the east and the Hochplatte to the west. To the nature reserve Kendlmühlfilzen it is a 10 minute walk. The golf course starts within sight of the house and the golf hotel "Das Achental" can be reached in only 20 minutes on foot. The Chiemsee shore can be reached in 15 minutes by car. You will get a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains in our modernly furnished, bright and friendly 3-room apartment located on the second floor, which is reached via an elegant outside staircase. It has a separate bedroom (sleeps 2), a kitchen-living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), a passage room with bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a bathroom, as well as a sunny south-facing balcony. A parking space for a car is available in front of the house.In the passage room is a wardrobe and a separable sleeping area. The bathroom offers a sink, toilet and bathtub, a shower without threshold with rain shower and a washer-dryer. A towel dryer as well as a hair dryer are installed. A drying facility for laundry can be found on the balcony.Each room has its own network connection. Free WLAN is available in all rooms.A children's high chair as well as a crib can be provided on request.
