Our 3-family house was newly built in 2014. The vacation apartment is located in the entire attic and is accessible via its own entrance.The house is located on the outskirts of Grassau in close proximity to the golf course. The town center with numerous stores and restaurants is about 2km away and is also easily accessible via footpaths.Ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling and hiking tours but also for cultural excursions, for example to the nearby Herrenchiemsee Castle or to Salzburg, 40 minutes away.

Our charming apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Grassau in the immediate vicinity of the golf course.The brightly kept apartment includes the entire attic and was lovingly furnished in modern-rustic style. A fully equipped kitchen belongs to the apartment as well as the bathroom with shower and bathtub and the bedroom with its comfortable 2m wide double bed. Thanks to the open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, the mountain panorama of the Chiemgau Alps can be enjoyed at the breakfast table as well as at the end of the day on the spacious west-facing balcony.The exposed roof truss and the oak wood floor (with underfloor heating) round off the cozy living ambience and should enable you to enjoy a maximum of vacation relaxation in the countryside.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1.00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Concerning payment (possible deposit) your host will contact you promptly regarding the bank details !
