The "Villa carefree" is a two-family house in a preferred residential area of Grassau amidst beautifully planted grounds, close to the center and the edge of town with great walking opportunities. The spacious attic suite is very high quality and creatively furnished and offers space for 2 people and a toddler. The garden area invites you to relax. The house includes a light-flooded, cozy garden barrel sauna with panoramic windows.

High-quality vacation suite on 100 sqm floor space. You can expect a fantastic view of the Achental valley as well as imaginative and modern furnished rooms. The suite consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The large bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping chair has access to a separate WC. The kitchen is small but nice, equipped with 2 external hotplates, kettle, dishwasher and a steamer.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely disabled persons from 80% are free of spa tax. You will receive directly from the landlord a booking confirmation for the total amount including the spa fee and all other information, as well as, among other things, the bank details for the deposit.final payment please transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival !
