Our apartment is very quietly located on the southern outskirts of Grassau.In a few minutes walk you are in the town center, or at the Reifinger Badesee. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Chiemgau.In less than 1 hour by car you can reach Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg or Kitzbühl.

In the middle of the Chiemsee vacation region, our vacation apartment, newly built in summer 2020, is waiting for you. Viehhausen is a beautiful spot of earth surrounded by meadows and mountains, is located only 9 km from the beautiful Chiemsee. There is our tastefully furnished holiday apartment with 60 sqm, ideal for 2 people.Suitable starting point for bike tours, hikes and golf (golf course in Grassau only about 1.2 km away). The light-flooded rooms are located on the second floor which you reach via a separate entrance. A lockable room for your bicycles complete the offer. Our vacation apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The distance to the Reifinger Badesee is about 800 m. The nearest bakery and supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Regarding payment (possible deposit) your host will contact you in a timely manner regarding the bank details!
