Our house is located in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains between Hochgern and Hochplatte, below the Schnappenkirche, directly on the B305. The vacation apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikers, mountain bikers and skiers (skiing area Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte). The nearby Reifinger See can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and invites you to swim and relax with a magnificent mountain panorama. The location of Grassau between the mountains and the Bavarian Sea offers the best conditions for an active vacation.

Welcome to our newly designed vacation apartment "Achentraum". The spacious vacation apartment is on the first floor, has a separate fully equipped kitchen with large dining area, a separate cozy living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 bedrooms. Ideal for families or 1-5 people.A parking space for your car and bicycles directly at the house is available.Hand towels, dish towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the health resort tax of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge.
