The vacation apartment "Alpendomizil Reber - Hochgern" is located on the second floor (attic on the right) of the very well-kept 6-apartment house and is in close proximity to the golf resort "Das Achental" and to all cycling and hiking trails. Tourist-Info and all Grassau shopping facilities are only a short walk away. Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding ski areas can be reached easily and quickly - also by public transport. Likewise, a day trip to the cultural capitals of Munich or Salzburg is possible at any time by car or train.Pet allowed for a fee.

High-quality completely newly furnished, lovingly decorated vacation suite (approx. 50 m²) in chalet style. The bright and spacious feel-good apartment is located on the second floor (attic on the right) in a very quiet residential area of Grassau.Alpendomizil "Hochgern" has a fully equipped, modern kitchen (incl. cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven and refrigerator with icebox) with a spacious dining area. The bathroom with walk-in shower is as the extra toilet, newly renovated. The living/sleeping area consists of a large box spring bed with intervertebral disc mattresses and two sofa beds. WLAN connection and a large flat screen TV are available. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer included.A car parking space and basement room with washing machine and dryer also belong to the vacation apartment.You can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains up to the Kaiser Mountains until sunset on the large west balcony, which is equipped with a comfortable lounge group.Pet allowed for a fee.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Final payment 1 week before arrival
