Our new, in January 2022 completed, cozy vacation apartment is located in the entire attic and is accessible via an elegant outdoor staircase. Our house was newly built in 2001 and is located on the outskirts of Grassau in close proximity to the golf course and the moor nature reserve. The town center with stores and restaurants is about 2km away and is easily accessible via sidewalks. Our house is an ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling, hiking and mountain tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and sledding. The lido at the beautiful Chiemsee with beach bar invites you to a relaxing bathing vacation. A boat trip to the nearby Herrenchiemsee Castle and Fraueninsel or a cultural excursion to Salzburg, 40 minutes away, are an experience.

From the two balconies and large windows you have a magnificent view of the panorama of the Chiemgau Alps.The bright apartment which you reach via an elegant external staircase, includes the entire attic and was lovingly and comfortably furnished by us. It offers space for 4 people in two separate bedrooms. In the passage room with wardrobe, two additional sofa beds can be provided on request. Bed linen, towels and tea towels, car parking space, bike shed and W-LAN are included. Our kitchen is very well equipped with coffee machine, refrigerator, hob, oven and dishwasher and open to the dining and living area.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1.00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely disabled persons from 80% are free of charge. You can either transfer the remaining amount 1 week before arrival at the latest or pay it in cash on arrival.
