The house is located in the center of Grassau. Within a few minutes walk you will find various stores and gastronomy. It is the ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. The Reifinger Lake is within easy walking distance, as well as the golf course and the Kendlmühlfilzen. If you like to use public transport, it can be reached in 5 min. It is about 10 km to Lake Chiemsee, a few minutes by car but also easy to reach by bike.

The apartment consists of a single spacious house with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and in one bedroom, separated by an open passage, a single bed that can easily be converted into two small single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower tub and washing machine and the second with a walk-in shower provide comfort. The kitchen is well equipped and the large living room has a dining area and an additional pull-out bed for 2 people. Up to 8 people can stay in the house. Through a small winter garden you can access the terrace. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a small game collection.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus health resort fee in the amount of 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Please transfer the balance at the latest 1 week before arrival !
