The centre of Hörstel-Riesenbeck with shops for your daily needs is approx. 1.5 km away. The centre of Hörstel is about 5 km away. The Surenburg and the large riding area of Riesenbeck are about 5 km away. There are many beautiful excursions to be made by bicycle. In Ibbenbüren, the Dörenthe Nature Adventure Park awaits you with its large diving park. The summer toboggan run and the fairytale forest of Ibbenbüren are only a few metres away. The old town of Tecklenburg and the Bentlage Monastery near Rheine are other wonderful destinations for a bicycle tour. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails in the hills of the Tecklenburg region, which always offer magnificent views of the Münsterland region.

A dream flat awaits you with an open-plan living and dining area offering a fantastic view of the canal and the Teutoburg Forest. On the comfortable sofa you can end the evening in front of the flat screen or with a good book in your hand. In just a few easy steps, the sofa can be transformed into a cosy bed for two.
From the living area you can access the balcony on the water side, from where you can look directly at the passing ships and the Teutoburg Forest.

Kitchen
The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer combination. The dining table can seat up to 4 people.

Bedroom
Here you will find a double bed with bedding suitable for allergy sufferers. Additional pillows can be obtained on request.

Bathroom
A modern bathroom with an open walk-in shower awaits you. Underfloor heating and modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired. 

Conditions and extras
- A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for an extra charge.
- There is no surcharge for children up to 2 years of age. Monthly prices on request.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the agreed rent is due to the landlord.
The remaining amount is to be paid up to 8 days before arrival.

Cancellation deadlines of the host: from 4 weeks before the start of the contract 20% of the agreed price from 2 weeks before the start of the contract 50% of the agreed price, from 1 week before the start of the contract 80% of the agreed price. In case of non-arrival without notification 100% of the agreed price.
