Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the surrounding area. Bathing, sailing or surfing at the perhaps most beautiful natural lakes of Bavaria e.g.: the Chiemsee (15 minutes by car), Simssee (17 minutes by car) or one of the 7 lakes of the Chiemgauer Seenplatte. Take the opportunity to participate in a guided hike with experienced hiking guides. In September and October you can experience the Chiemgau Alps up close on a guided mountain hike and also have the opportunity to learn a lot about the Alps and their nature. Cultural enjoyment at the highest level is offered by the nearby Gut Immling with its annual opera performances or the KU'KO in Rosenheim, which scores with cabarets, musicals and concerts. Take a trip to Wasserburg am Inn, the little Venice in Bavaria and enjoy the Mediterranean flair of this small town idyll.

Cute vacation apartment under the roof. lovingly furnished living room with a comfortable double bed 1.80m and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bread slicer. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans are ready. SAT-TV, radio and free WLAN must not be missing. Of course, there is a bathroom/WC as well as sufficient towels, dish towels and bed linen, and a clothes horse. On the balcony facing east you can enjoy the sunrise in good weather. You will also find a rich selection of good books.
