Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the surrounding area. Bathing, sailing or surfing at the perhaps most beautiful natural lakes of Bavaria e.g.: the Chiemsee (15 minutes by car), Simssee (17 minutes by car) or one of the 7 lakes of the Chiemgauer Seenplatte. Take the opportunity to participate in a guided hike with experienced hiking guides. In September and October you can experience the Chiemgau Alps up close on a guided mountain hike and also have the opportunity to learn a lot about the Alps and their nature. Cultural enjoyment at the highest level is offered by the nearby Gut Immling with its annual opera performances or the KU'KO in Rosenheim, which scores with cabarets, musicals and concerts. Take a trip to Wasserburg am Inn, the little Venice in Bavaria and enjoy the Mediterranean flair of this small town idyll.

Spacious vacation apartment on the 1st floor. Individually furnished living room with pull-out sofa and dining area. The kitchenette is richly equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bread slicer, blender. Dishes and glasses as well as pots and pans are sufficiently present. Of course, Sat-Tv, CD radio and free WLAN must not be missing. In the bathroom/WC is a hairdryer. Of course, dish towels, towels, bed linen and a clothes horse are available. In the sep. bedroom there is a cozy 1.80m box spring bed. On the south balcony you can enjoy the peace and nature. Bookworms will find an extensive collection of good books.
