Located on the outskirts of the village with mountain views and close to the forest, 5 minutes by car to the thermal spa and only 3 minutes by car to the nearest golf course (18-hole).Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area (one of the oldest nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities or the festival Immling with its annual opera performances. Swim, sail or surf at the perhaps most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, e.g.: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Chiemgauer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Take a detour to Wasserburg (the little Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim for a shopping tour.

Beautiful, as good as new vacation apartment on the first floor, facing south, with a rural character. The vacation apartment can be completely darkened. In addition, the apartment has raised comfort beds with an open foot end. The apartment is handicapped accessible, but not suitable for wheelchair users. Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker and oven as well as comfortable seating area in the living area with LED flat screen. From the living area you can directly access the spacious terrace, extra-large sunshade, sunbeds and garden furniture. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. An insect screen sliding door is in the kitchen-living room and in the bedroom is also a fly screen.

Parking lot at the house. Lockable bicycle garage. We ask our guests to smoke on the balcony or terrace. A deposit of 20% of the full booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking. Free cancellation possible until 14 days before arrival.
