Description

Eberloh is a small hamlet located between Halfing and Bad Endorf.
Our farm consisting of main house (private), threshing floor with extended vacation apartment and a Bachhäusl (outhouse) is close to nature, rural, rustic, friendly, a bit off the beaten track with views of the greenery, the mountains and the old fruit meadow, which our chickens inhabit.
You will find good air and clean water, idyllic surroundings with beautiful forests, lakes, rivers and the mountains in the background, numerous hiking, biking and walking trails. The idyllic peace is accompanied by the crowing of our roosters. Many different birds sing here and in the distance Halfing's church tower rings discreetly and on holidays you can hear the distant historical railroad (excursion tip).
A beautiful quarry pond (for swimming) and a well-maintained Kneipp facility are within walking distance of 1km. Walks in the woods and on panoramic heights you can start directly with us.
Our farm is lovingly renovated and maintained in the course of which the vacation apartment "Nusseckerl" was also newly built. We value living with nature and cultivate a farm and orchard, have a cat and about 25 chickens with rooster.
In the neighboring villages are still several active dairy farmers and the fields around are tilled.
A bus runs about 300 meters away on the main road in the direction of Bad Endorf or via Halfing in the direction of Wasserburg/Rosenheim. Otherwise you can use the Ruftaxi for a reasonable price.
In Halfing (village center approx. 2km away) there are stores and shopping facilities, as well as pharmacy, bakery, banks, restaurants and inns, snack bar/döner, gas station, car repair shop, doctors, post office, regional store.There is also a sports and skating field, mountain bike track, beach volleyball, tennis courts, soccer fields, large playground, Kneipp facility, natural swimming lake and much more.

Train station, tourist info, large business park, Chiemgau Therme with wellness area, fitness center, sports facilities, numerous stores, restaurants, doctors of all specialties, etc.

Via its own small external staircase you reach the apartment (approx. 42sqm) on the 1st floor, which is located in north-east orientation and lovingly own work takes a part of our threshing floor. The apartment is completely new and was completed in the summer of 2023.
The living area is characterized by the open kitchen with dining area. Opposite is a corner couch with pull-out option and the TV corner with satellite TV. WLAN is also available.
Separated by rustic beams is the homely cozy sleeping area with a 180 double bed complete with bedside table and reading lamps. Here you will find a closet and access to the shower room with its own window. Towels and bed linen are included.
A private balcony is available with seating and a small table. The view goes over the Weiler access road over to the fruit meadow to Halfing in the background.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, in addition to crockery and cutlery, a Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, blender, various kitchen utensils, refrigerator with ice compartment and a toaster. Salt and pepper is available.
Ideally suited is the cozy charming-urige apartment for 1-2 people, maximum 1-2 more people on the pull-out couch. If required, we have a baby/toddler bed and high chair available.
The nearest train station is Bad Endorf, about 4 km away.
If you arrive by train, we will pick you up from the station, but there is also a direct bus between Bad Endorf and Eberloh several times a day and there is a call cab "Rosi".
