Description

The 90m² holiday apartment was newly furnished and decorated in October 2014 with attention to detail. It is on the third floor of a residential house with a lift. The apartment also has a covered balcony with seating. You can park your car on the free parking space right on site. All the rooms have generous and modern furnishing. The kitchen has a cooking island with seating, ideal for communicating. It is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The colours, furnishing, wallpaper and pictures harmonise in each room. In the living room you would think you are in Rome. It has a comfortable corner sofa and digital TV with a DVD player. Everything is very comfortable and also set up for a longer holiday. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200cm), the other with a double bed consisting of two mattresses (90 x 200c). There is also a supplementary bed for a fifth person (90 x 200cm). There is a dream bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. Free wireless Internet access is available. Nearby you can find shops and a restaurant (400 metres), as well as a train station with public transport connections (300 metres). There are a sauna and a solarium in Schenefeld about 3.5km away and a bowling alley about 5.5km away. A lake for fishing, a tennis court and riding facilities are about 2km away. The apartment was classified as five-star by DTV in 2014. IMPORTANT: Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in this property by the owners' association. We hope for your understanding.
