Our newly renovated apartment 306 Hauzenberg Blick is situated in the little Bavarian holiday village of Adalbert Stifter, on a south-facing slope, very quietly located in the climatic spa town Hauzenberg-Taßreuth in the three-border region Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria, near Passau. Our house enjoys an elevated location with a beautiful view from the balcony of Hauzenberg and Staffelberg. The spacious two-room apartment of around 54m² is on the first floor with its own entrance and can accommodate 4-5 people. It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen unit has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle. There is a cosy bedroom with 24-cm-thick comfortable mattresses. The large living room includes a dining space and a pull-out sofa. Opposite the dining space there is our TV corner with a second pull-out sofa. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and makeup mirror. Wi-Fi is free. The balcony affords a wonderful view, on clear days as far as the Alps. There is a parking space in front of the apartment. An indoor pool with loungers (daily 8-21.00), outdoor pool, sauna (daily 16-20.00), table tennis and a playground are available free of charge for our guests, as well as a small playground, a lockable room for bicycles, skis, prams etc. Our apartment was certified as 4-star for two people on 21.12.2018. Everyone is welcome, all ages, as well as well-behaved pets. Children up to 6 years old are free. A folder with suggestions for hiking tours or good gastronomy is available in the apartment. You can hire e-bikes from the Hauzenberg tourism office. It is at the edge of a forest. The lake Freudensee where you can swim is within walking distance, about 800 metres. Arrive and enjoy your holiday. The holiday village Adalbert Stifter is 2km from Hauzenberg in Taßreuth. It is in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the tri-border region. It belongs to Passau which is about 18km away. The village was built on a wonderful south-facing slope. You can go on many hikes from the house. For skiers there is the Geyersberg ski resort about 2km away, Oberfrauenwald about 8km, or the large ski resort Hochficht about 25km. You can visit the treetop trail in Neuschönau or the museum village in Tittling, go on a boat ride in Passau. You can find countless trips to places of interest, towns, hiking areas and good gastronomy around Hauzenberg.
