The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the building with a lift on a complex newly built in 2016 right by the flatly shelved sandy beach, just 50 metres behind the beach promenade and just a few minutes’ walk from the pier. Outside there is a balcony with garden furniture, so you can enjoy the sunshine and sea air in the afternoon until sunset. You can park your car free of charge in the underground garage. The luxurious holiday apartment of around 48m² is suitable for three people and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. It was newly built in 2016 and is furnished accordingly very tastefully to a high standard, with warm and discreet colours. The bedroom is furnished with a big wall cupboard and a double bed (180 x 200cm). A further person can sleep on the sofa bed (160 x 200cm) in the living room. The open kitchen is fully-equipped. Satellite TV and a home cinema system provide entertainment in the evening in the living room. All rooms are fitted with under-floor heating and wireless Internet access is available. The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday in the tranquil Baltic seaside town of Heiligendamm. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the pier and just 50 metres from the beach. The nearby locality 8ca. 750m) has bicycle and beach chair hire, as well as shops. The house itself has a bistro where you can order breakfast.
