Description

The holiday apartment in the Weserbergland is in Hessisch-Oldendorf in the Rumbeck district. It is on a quiet road with little traffic, surrounded by greenery. The owner lives on the ground floor and the holiday apartment is on the first floor. There is a 6m² balcony adjoining the living room, with a big table and chairs, inviting you to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. There is a partially fenced lawn next to the house that you can share use of. It measures around 60m² and consists of two rooms, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room of around 20m² provides a big sofa, a 58cm flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a mini stereo system, a sofa bed and a massage armchair. The bedroom can be fully darkened and has a double bed 180cm wide, a big wardrobe and a radio alarm. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pads coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer compartment and a dining table. The daylight bathroom is fitted with a shower. A child’s travel bed can be provided on request. It is a few minutes‘ walk to beautiful walking trails by the Weser. The Weser cycle path is 3km away. It is 600 metres to a Greek restaurant with a beer garden. The nearest petrol station, which also offers fresh bread rolls and has an adjoining drinks market, is 2km away. All the usual supermarkets, further restaurants and banks are in Hessisch-Oldendorf 5km away.
