Description
The holiday apartment is on the upper floor in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac with little traffic by the edge of a forest.
There is a seating area in the garden with garden furniture.
The holiday apartment comprises a living room with colour TV, a bedroom with a double bed and the option to add a child’s bed, a kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a dining space with a table and chairs. The bathroom provides a washbasin, shower, WC, and towel radiator.
It is about 900 metres to the beach, which can also be accessed with a pram or hand cart. The centre with restaurants and shops is about 400 metres away. There is a supermarket near the beach. Larger discount shops can be found in the little town of Lütjenburg 7km away.
The house is heated with gas, with solar panels to supplement the hot water supply. Natural electricity from water power is supplied by the plant in Kronshagen. There is a car parking space on site. Bicycle and prams can be stored in the laundry room or the garden shed.
