Description

This is a cosy attic apartment with a little balcony in a two-family house in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac. You can benefit from a tranquil location in a newly built area, to the south of the little Hohwachter forest, on the edge of the Baltic Sea town. You can park your car free of charge on the parking area on site. The ground floor of the house built in 1993 is occupied by the occasionally used apartment belonging to the owner. After the entrance, there is a little stairway up to the front door of the apartment. The apartment with 64m² of living space appears generous and homely, as it receives plenty of sunlight through the gable windows and the ceilings are pleasantly high. It provides a bedroom, a bathroom and an open living, cooking and sleeping room. The 12m² bedroom is furnished wth two single beds next to each other (90 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. This room affords a beautiful all-round view of migrating birds from the two inland lake nature reserves. Free wireless Internet access is available, so you can Google the different kinds of birds. The living room has a balcony door leading out onto the big south-facing balcony of around 2m². Shops and restaurants with practically everything you need await you nearby, as well as the fabulous beach within walking distance, passing through a little forest directly to the centre and the beach about a kilometre away.
