The house is located about 50 meters from the sea water wave indoor pool and invites you to an uncomplicated visit at any time.Cozy holiday home, top equipped, located near the sea water wave indoor pool, enjoy your time-out from everyday life on your sun terrace, take mudflat hikes or boat tours, wonderful cycling and hiking trails await you, and sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on water and on land The comfortable and well-equipped holiday house in Wangerland-Hooksiel has three bedrooms. Arrive and relax, that’s the motto. The light and sunny holiday house has a modern, well-presented and tasteful interior for a family holiday. The ground floor (ca. 28m²) has a cosy living and dining room with an open kitchen (12m²), equipped with all the necessary utensils, a four-ring hob, oven, egg boiler, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. A dining table invites you to enjoy sociable meals and gatherings. A seating group with a TV (digital, SAT/cable), a CD player, a stereo system and board games round off the room. The ground floor also has a little bedroom (8m²) with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. There is a guest WC on the ground floor, as well as a storage room with a cot, highchair, cleaning products and a laundry stand. Stairs lead to the first floor with two further bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed (180 x 20cm), the second with two single beds (100 x 200cm). Both rooms have an awning and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has an additional digital TV and a radio. A shower room with a washing machine and a WC rounds off the first floor. Internet and Wi-Fi are available. There is a parking space right in front of the holiday house. You can enjoy the sun and switch off from everyday life on the furnished terrace. A parasol provides shade on sunny days. You can end exciting days with a grill evening, using the charcoal grill. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, a family holiday or a holiday with a baby. Long-term holidays are also possible on request. Please note that the house is non-smoking. The three bedrooms also allow you to take grandma or grandpa (1 separate bedroom on the ground floor). A second high quality digital TV is available in the nursery. A washing machine is available if operated properly. Behind the old embankment about 100 metres away, the Hooksmeer recreational area starts, with yacht harbours, a sailing school, pedalo hire, tennis courts, horse-racing track, surfing bay and waterskiing. Beautiful cycling, hiking and Nordic walking trails along the North Sea and Hooksmeer afford beautiful views. Hooksiel has a sandy beach five kilometres long, offering recreational fun and peace and quiet. Whether it is water sports, beach volleyball, kite flying, the casino, a tour of the harbour, golf, canoeing, bowling, kite surfing, minigolf, the museum, theater, zoo or walks along the tidal flats – there is something for visitors of all ages in any season.
