The walls feature traditional Franconian red, alongside natural regional woods. The open living and sleeping room on the first floor provides a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a laptop with high-speed Internet access and a stereo system. The kitchen unit is equipped with a dining corner, an electric convection oven with a grill function, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge and a breakfast centre. The kitchen and dining corner are set up for six people. The living room has a canopy bed (180 x 200cm). The gallery has another double bed (180 x 200cm), accessed up a ladder from the open living room. The living and sleeping area in the gallery can be air-conditioned. The heated bathroom has an XL shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as an eco washing machine. The floor is tiled. Bed linen and towels are provided. It is a non-smoking house. The location is ideal as an intermediate stop for those travelling through, conveniently situated by the A9 motorway Berlin-Munich, about five kilometres. And of course it is also perfect for holiday-makers and families who would like to experience a pleasant and romantic stay.
