The house is located on the grounds of a working farm where cows and calves live in an idyllic rural setting. From the balcony you can enjoy a picturesque view of the majestic Alps. There are numerous play opportunities on the grounds for children. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling, and there is a picturesque swimming pond with a beach volleyball court just 5 minutes away. There are also several recommended excursion destinations nearby, including the charming Füssen (30 km away), the impressive royal castles (39 km away), the historic city of Kempten (39 km away) and the lively metropolis of Munich (80 km away). For those who want to climb the peaks, the Zugspitze is only 60 km away.
