Spacious modern furnished vacation apartment on the first floor, which offers all comforts even on vacation: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso machine (Nespresso), etc., bathroom with separate shower/bathtub and washing machine and a garden that cannot be seen for the sole use.In the bedroom and living room are each a TV and DVD player. You will also find a selection of CDs and DVDs. It is allergy friendly and due to its ground level location also handicapped accessible.Extra large sun loungers are available for our summer guests. Our guests at Christmas time can expect a decorated illuminated fir tree on the terrace. Your dog is also welcome and stays free of charge.The apartment is located directly on the Inzeller Filze, which invites you to extensive walks.In winter, you can enter one of the many cross-country ski trails directly from the house, in summer, the garden with the stream flowing along offers wonderful relaxation.The village center is only a 5-minute walk away and easily accessible via the picturesque route along the stream to the natural swimming lake with a spacious sauna and to the ice rink it is only 5 minutes by bike.

Prices plus visitor's tax per person/night:Adults € 2,10, children 6-15 years € 1,00, children up to 5 years free. Dog: 4,- € In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include e.g. mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all lines is always the current list of services.
