This is done via a separate electricity meter.Prices are based on the current kWh prices of the power supply Inzell. Deposit: The deposit is 500,00 €. Terms of payment: 50% deposit after booking, balance incl. deposit at the latest 30 days before arrival.

In the attic are 2 DZ (20m² and 15m²), the 4-bed children's room (18m²), a bathroom and an extra toilet.Another DZ with bathroom (21m²) is on the first floor. In addition kitchen, living room, Stüberl with heatable tiled stove (wood available), library/study, extra checkroom.The kitchen contains- Dishwasher- Refrigerator with freezer- Induction stove with 4 plates, large selection of pots and pans. - an oven- conventional filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, espresso pot - toaster - crockery and cutlery for 10 people - other: from standard spices to coffee filters and garbage bags you should find everything you need. You don't need to think about washing up liquid either. In the basement you can use sauna, relaxation room and playroom. Furthermore, there is a laundry room and a drying room available.In total, about 210m² of living and usable space.Bed linen and shower/towels are provided. (Please bring your own bathrobe and sauna towel if necessary).There is a hairdryer in each of the 2 bathrooms.Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.WLAN, printer, TV, music system, PS4, professional foosball, darts, board games, books from the library, piano, crib are available.Terrace and garden:On the partly covered terrace it is good to stay on the lounge furniture (small understatement), or on the sun loungers in the meadow, or under the 40 year old apple tree just enjoy the surroundings.A barbecue, the large wooden table with benches and the delicious BBQ can begin. At the garage is a wallbox for charging E-KFZ.The garage itself is relatively narrow (because year of construction 1977) and is ideal to use as a bike and ski depot.
