Welcome to the vacation home Naturzauber,the house was built in 2009, now 2023 freshly renovated, furnished and equipped to a high standard.The vacation home offers a separate entrance, and has 90sqm on two levels with terrace, enclosed garden and balcony. The interior was designed modern, cozy and with attention to detail.

On the first floor there is: - an anteroom with wardrobe- a small guest toilet- a pantry with storage facilities, washing machine, freezer- a large living-dining area with couch and swivel Smart TV, the couch has a sleep function (1.40m x 2.00m) and is prepared with topper and bed linen if required- a massive solid wood dining table with chairs ( small winter garden)- a new, very well-stocked kitchen ( fully automatic coffee machine, high-quality cutlery and crockery, various kitchen appliances, bread machine, pots and pans..) - Fireplace An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with exposed roof truss and dormer. Here is: - a large bedroom with box spring bed, armchair and Smart TV- a room that can be used as a relax room or second bedroom, with pull-out couch the size of a single bed. A large bathroom with a spacious shower with rain shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and vanity mirror - towels, bed linen, tea towels, blankets and kitchen roll, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent are provided by us In our vacation home smoking is not allowed Unfortunately, we can not accept petsThe house is suitable for allergy sufferersIn the entire house is underfloor heating
