Bed linen and towels are provided, towel change on request, parking space available, smoking only on the balcony, pets on request, arrival possible every day.

Welcome to our outbuilding at Schmelzer Straße 100. The house is located directly on the Schmelzerbach and offers you peace and comfort. Here you live all alone in a 70 square meter apartment on the second floor, which has two large balconies with a wonderful view of the mountains and the village. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, parking is in front of the house. There is a small playground for the little ones in the garden, you are also welcome to barbecue and relax on the beautiful terrace.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:adults € 2,10, children 6-15 years €
1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and
carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The
services include e.g. mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park
with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all
services is always the current list of services.
