Description

This holiday apartment for a maximum of six people is in the lovely Johannstorf, between Dassow and Pötenitz. It is a house with a total of four holiday apartments, in a lovely stand-alone location. It is only about 4.5km to the beach and is in the Travemünde neighbourhood. The shared terrace has garden furniture. This apartment has three rooms, namely two bedrooms and a 45m² living room-kitchen, spread over two floors. The living room-kitchen and the bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room-kitchen provides a suite with a bed function (140cm wide), with a table and chairs for four people and a fully-equipped built-in kitchen, including an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. The room has a lot of windows, so it is very light and friendly with a beautiful view of meadows and fields. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms and a guest WC. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and a bedroom cupboard. The living room-kitchen and the bathroom are fitted with under-floor heating. .The apartment is centrally located, just 6km from Travemünde, 25km from Lübeck, 30km from Wismar and 60km from Schwerin. There are local shopping facilities, as well as medical services nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment can be found within four kilometres. Children up to 12 years old are of course free of charge. Please note this on your booking. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request. Motorcyclist are most welcome.
