Description

This apartment is in the attic (second floor) of an apartment building with six residential units in Kölpinsee on the island Usedom. Kölpinsee belongs to Loddin and is between the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser. The house was built in 2015. The cosy balcony with balcony furniture faces south. You can relax here and chill out, or enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening. A private car parking space is available free of charge. This chic accommodation with modern furnishing provides an ample ca. 55m² of living space for up to four people. The generous living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table and satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dining table with chairs. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160cm wide), a dresser with a mirror and a wardrobe. The children’s room has a bunk bed (90cm wide). The bathroom with a walk-in shower and the WC are separate and each have a washbasin. All the rooms have (underfloor) heating. There is no Internet. You can use a washing machine free of charge. The apartment is centrally located, especially for the beach, train station, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. You can go walking, cycling, surfing, fishing etc. You can get to the seaside towns Zinnowitz, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck easily by bicycle, car or train. Usedom offers a range of recreational possibilities and places of interest, such as the Wasserschloss Mellentin, Peenemünde or the butterfly farm in Trassenheide, as well as the thermal baths in Ahlbeck. Please note that from September 2017 to the end of April 2018 a new building is build on the community premises, which can temporarily lead to harassment by construction noise. For this reason, a discount of 25% of the rental price will be automatically applied to your price during this travel period.
