Description

The apartment with modern furnishing and fittings is on the ground floor of the two-family house, on a quiet side street. It is accessed through its own entrance. Outside there is a private seating area with garden furniture and a private car parking space. The owner lives on the first floor and attic of the same house. There is a well-stocked supermarket about 500 metres away. The comfortable apartment of 105m² can accommodate up to six people. It was comprehensively renovated in spring 2015 and completely newly furnished. It has two big bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm).
