The city centre can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. There are many shops, shopping facilities, restaurants, museums, churches, the Fulda as well as the Fulda-Aue (a beautiful large park with a lake). With the tram you can move everywhere in Kassel without a car and the stop is only about 100 metres away. The flat is very modern and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. A special highlight is the 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed with comfort topper. The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds with toppers (0.90 x 2.00 m) so that you can sleep comfortably. For another 2 persons, the sofa bed in the living area is available, which can be folded down in a few easy steps. This sofa also has a high-quality pocket spring mattress and you can also place a topper on it. In the living area, a natural stone wall provides a stylish ambience. The smart TV has numerous apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTL+, YouTube, etc.). The two bedrooms also have their own TV with the same apps, so that even in a large family there is no need to argue about the TV programme: ) The living area has a dining area for 6 people and a small sound system with DAB plus radio and Bluetooth. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage space for our guests. The second bedroom has a small chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highlight there is the fully automatic coffee machine that runs on whole beans (very tasty coffee!!). If you don't want to have breakfast in the dining room, there is a nice place with 2 stools in the kitchen. The view from the windows is to one side into the garden as well as to the gardens of the neighbouring houses. To the front, there is a view of the university on the street side.
